Foretrails Winter Clinic starts this Saturday, January 7th, 2023. We will be meeting at the sports field at the top (North end) of Berkley
Road off Mount Seymour Parkway at 8:30 a.m. for a clinic briefing and then we are heading out for our first run. This clinic if for all levels of trail runners from “this isn’t a sidewalk” to “the more technical the better!” Distances this week include 7K, 11K and 16K. Drop-ins welcome ($5 – exact change please).
