Overall Results for 2025. Podium results.
The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point races starting from Cleveland Park or Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver and ending on the shores of Deep Cove. Racers will be treated to some great trails, including the punishment of the infamous Powerline Climb. All this to be capped off with chocolate goodies and bragging rights as you race into the scenic finish line at Deep Cove.
2026 COURSE UPDATES
DETOUR: The Iron Knee course will be impacted by the construction on the Baden-Powell stairs leading down to Lynn Valley Road. With this section of the Baden-Powell being unpassable, the race course will be re-routed through the subdivision to the top of Rice Lake Road.
CHANGE TO COURSE: We have routed both Iron Knee and Tender Knee courses back to original course prior to construction closures at Quarry Rock Park a few years ago. From Indian River Road the course will now follow Baden-Powell all the way to Quarry Rock lookout. To avoid the crowds in the park, the route makes a sharp right turn along the Quarry Rock Access road to meet up with Cove Runner/Rain Dancer trail. This trail keeps you above the park until you turn down Panorama Creek trail (steep & technical) and join back with the Baden-Powell trail to the finish line.

COURSE INFORMATION
Iron Knee starts at Cleveland Park and Tender Knee starts at the LSCR. A bus will be available to transport racers from the finish line at Deep Cove to Cleveland Park or LSCR race morning. You must register for the bus.
