It was a beautiful, cool, sunny day for The Phantom Run yesterday! The racers were in good form for the challenges of a new race course – a one-time course change due to mud slides. At the finish line, everyone enjoyed the hot soup made by the Chef at the Harvest Project. Oh yes, and a bit of warmth from the sunshine.
We can’t say enough about our fabulous volunteers…they’re fabulous!
Our racers worked hard completing the challenging course, with some excellent performances. These racers will hold this course record forever as we are returning to the old, old Phantom route next year.

Pictures will be loaded into The Phantom Run 2018 Album on the Foretrails Facebook page over the next few days. In the meantime, have a look at Gord Kudenoff’s blog – another entertaining look at trail running from Gord’s perspective and some great mentions of runners on course.
Next up…the Dirty Duo on March 19th, 2019!
