The Dirty Duo is a great pre-summer peak training event that shows what living and playing on the rugged North Shore trails is all about. This scenic trail race will challenge beginners as well as extreme athletes and there is a course for everyone. The 15 km run is perfect for those who would like the excitement of the Dirty Duo without the pain of the extra hills in the 25 km, while the 25 km run provides an extra challenge for those who want to get dirty. If doesn’t do it for you, take on the 35K route – even more hills. Finally, you can grab a buddy and do a relay (15K each). No fighting over who runs first.

COURSE INFORMATION

All races start and finish Inter River Park, North Vancouver. Drive down Inter River Park Drive (off Lillooet Road). Take the first left at the bottom of the hill, then right into the parking lot. The start is near the bathrooms and the BMX track area.
Elevation gain and course profile are on the Map & Description for each distance.
Note: New start times for 2026.
