Foretrails Winter Clinic starts this Saturday, January 5th, 2019. We will be meeting at Forerunners at 980 Marine Driver at 8:30 a.m. for a clinic briefing and then we are heading out to the trailhead for our first run. This clinic is for all levels of trail runners from “this isn’t a sidewalk” to “the more technical the better!” Distances this week include 7K, 11K and 16K. Drop-ins welcome.
