Come out and join the Foretrails Clinic this Saturday, May 19th. We are meeting at 8:30 a.m. at Lynn Canyon Park (first parking lot on left). Distances include 6.5K and 9K this week. Drop-ins are welcome ($10 fee). If is is your first time dropping-in, check in with Cindy or Ken and we will show you the drill.
